This webinar is powered by digitalRG and produced for the EL Environmental Initiative.
Sustainability works best when everyone is involved. This webinar explores how organisations can move sustainability beyond strategy and reporting, and embed it into everyday working life through employee engagement and practical action.
Bringing together perspectives from across the lottery sector, the session highlights real-world examples of how sustainability has been made tangible for employees, from increasing participation in initiatives to driving meaningful, long-term behaviour change.
The webinar opens with an overview of the European Lotteries Environmental Initiative, outlining its objectives, as well as the support and benefits available to members. This is followed by practical case studies from Norsk Tipping and Brightstar, showcasing how people-led approaches, innovation, and clear prioritisation can help organisations deliver real environmental impact without unnecessary complexity.
Participants will leave with practical ideas, lessons learned, and fresh perspectives on how to make sustainability relevant, accessible, and actionable for employees across the organisation.
