digitalRG and the World Lottery Association present an engaging session focused on the essentials of WLA certification and auditor expectations.
This webinar brings together leading responsible gaming experts and experienced auditors to share what they truly look for during certification reviews. The session provides practical guidance on preparing documentation, meeting auditor expectations, and demonstrating alignment with global responsible gaming standards.
Participants will gain insight into the most common challenges organisations face during certification, including recurring issues identified during audits and the hidden gaps that often cause delays or setbacks. The discussion will also explore how operators can strengthen their preparation and approach audits with greater confidence.
