  • Luca Esposito Poleo (Executive Director, World Lottery Association)

    Luca Esposito Poleo opens the session with an introduction to the WLA Responsible Gaming Framework and the role of certification in advancing responsible gaming standards across the global lottery sector.

  • Mike Randall (Auditor)

    Mike Randall is a WLA-approved auditor providing expert guidance to clients to ensure alignment with global standards for CSR and harm minimisation. He previously served as the first Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility at the Atlantic Lottery Corporation in Canada, where he led the development and integration of the organisation’s CSR programme.

    As the founding Chair of the World Lottery Association Independent Assessment Panel and a contributor to the Responsible Gaming Framework and self-assessment guide, Mike played a key role in shaping the WLA’s audit and review criteria. Over the past decade, he has led responsible gaming audits and programme development for operators and regulators worldwide.

  • Sarah Ramanauskas (Auditor, Gambling Integrity)

    Sarah Ramanauskas is a WLA-approved auditor specialising in safer gambling. She serves as an auditor for the US National Council on Problem Gambling’s iCAP Responsible Gaming Standard and conducts WLA and European Lotteries responsible gaming audits.

    In 2023, she co-founded the Game Safety Institute, an organisation focused on thought leadership at the intersection of gambling platforms, games, and player safety. Sarah has also contributed to pro bono initiatives addressing gambling-related harm, including serving as Chair of Betknowmore UK (2014–2017), a London-based social enterprise providing mentoring and outreach services. She is a frequent conference speaker on safer gambling and reputational risk in the gambling sector.
