13th EL Congress 2027

The 13th EL Congress will take place in Brussels, Belgium, from 18 to 21 May 2027. Hosted by The National Lottery of Belgium, the event will bring together members of the European lottery community in the heart of Europe.

Centred around the theme “The Positive Sum Game”, the Congress will explore how lottery organisations and their partners can work together to create shared value. The event will provide a platform for dialogue, knowledge exchange and collaboration across the European lottery sector.

The programme will combine business sessions, a trade show and networking activities, offering participants opportunities to exchange insights, explore innovation and strengthen relationships with lottery professionals and industry stakeholders.
