Working Together: Engaging Suppliers on Carbon Measurement

Working Together: Engaging Suppliers on Carbon Measurement

This webinar is powered by digitalRG and produced for the EL Environmental Initiative.

Engaging suppliers is critical to achieving meaningful emissions reductions across the value chain. As organisations increasingly focus on Scope 3 emissions, collaboration with suppliers becomes essential to improving carbon measurement, data quality, and climate action.

This webinar explores how lottery operators are working with suppliers to advance emissions measurement and support climate-related goals. Through real-world examples, the session highlights practical approaches to supplier engagement, as well as the challenges and lessons learned along the way.

The discussion begins with an overview of the European Lotteries Environmental Initiative, followed by case studies from Svenska Spel and Allwyn UK. Together, these examples illustrate how collaboration, clear requirements, and ongoing engagement can help move carbon measurement beyond reporting and towards meaningful action.

Participants will leave with practical insights into engaging suppliers effectively, overcoming common barriers, and strengthening value-chain collaboration to support long-term emissions reduction efforts.
