UN Global Compact Leaders Summit 2026

The UN Global Compact Leaders Summit 2026 will take place from 22 to 23 September 2026 at the New York Marriott Marquis.

Under the theme “Driving Sustainable Growth and Resilience. Shaping Global Systems for Lasting Impact”, the summit will bring together a global community of purpose-driven leaders to explore how businesses can move from ambition to results in a period of political, social and economic disruption.

Across two days, the programme will feature keynotes, workshops, breakout sessions and networking opportunities designed to help participants sharpen their strategy, unlock business value and drive action grounded in the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact and shared global goals.

The 2026 programme will focus on six critical thematic areas: leadership and integrity; climate and nature; human rights and decent work; sustainable finance and capital; collective action and systems change; and policy, procurement and supply chains.

The event will also include bold plenaries, practical breakout sessions and workshops, an Action Hub and networking opportunities for participants to connect with peers, exchange insights and strengthen partnerships for sustainable impact.
