EL Corporate University Induction 2026

The EL Corporate University Induction 2026 will take place in Zagreb, Croatia, from 30 November to 3 December 2026. Hosted by The Croatian National Lottery, the programme is designed for newly recruited lottery professionals and “cadets” with up to three years of experience in the lottery sector.

Over two and a half days, participants will gain a broad understanding of lottery organisations, games, channels, retail, digitalisation, marketing, player profiles, regulation, responsible gaming, CSR and ESG. The programme will also include presentations, case studies, group exercises and interactive design activities.

The induction is open to EL Lottery and Associate Members and is relevant to professionals across all departments and levels, including employees of EL partners and suppliers, as well as staff from national gaming regulatory bodies. All sessions will be conducted in English.
