This interactive seminar follows LawInSport’s recent webinar on regulatory and legal developments, as well as key cases involving corruption in sport.

The seminar will provide guidance on how sports organisations can implement effective anti-corruption policies. It will cover key issues including bribery in sport, match-fixing, prediction markets, independent investigations and anti-corruption units, evidential issues that can arise at hearings, challenges when prosecuting cases, and election corruption.
