The European Lotteries Association (EL) is proud to announce the second module of its Executive Lottery Training Programme, ELCU – Executive, which will be held in Lausanne, Switzerland, from 18th to 20th April 2023, and hosted by Loterie Romande. This programme is aimed at professional staff from Lottery Operators, Suppliers, and Regulators, who have sufficient experience to actively and usefully participate in, and contribute to, round-table discussions on case studies exploring and analyzing critical Lottery topics.
