Role Summary:

  • Title: Responsible Gaming Specialist.
  • Department: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
  • Focus: Responsible Gaming, Community Engagement, Responsible Business Practices.
  • Key Objective: Develop, manage, and execute the Responsible Gaming Program.

Responsibilities:

Program Execution:

  • Manage responsible gaming program activities with continuous improvement focus.
  • Develop and maintain responsible gaming certifications (e.g., World Lottery Association standards).
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

Communications & Campaigns:

  • Create annual communication calendars for internal and external messaging.
  • Execute campaigns under the "Positive Play" sub-brand.

Training & Engagement:

  • Design and deliver training programs for employees and sales teams.
  • Maintain strategic training plans and timelines.

Stakeholder Relations:

  • Develop stakeholder communications like newsletters and reports.
  • Plan and execute quarterly or bi-annual stakeholder meetings.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Contribute to CSR annual reports and internal employee newsletters.
  • Organize and maintain a large volume of documentation.

Other Duties:

  • Perform tasks as assigned under CSR and compliance directives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (fields like public health, social services, or CSR preferred).
  • Experience: 5+ years in program/project management.
    • Preferably in public health, addiction prevention, or responsible gaming.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational, research, and analytical abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
    • Business acumen, adaptability, empathy, and self-leadership.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Pay Range: $38,281 - $156,700 (varies by skills, experience, and location).
