The Responsible Gaming Director position at FanDuel is a critical role responsible for promoting and ensuring responsible gaming practices within the organization. Key responsibilities of the Responsible Gaming Director include:

  • Ensuring that all customer interactions comply with the company's responsible gaming policies and standards.
  • Developing and implementing training programs to educate employees and customers on responsible gaming practices.
  • Analyzing data and using insights to continuously improve responsible gaming initiatives.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with industry stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders.
  • Developing and implementing responsible gaming campaigns and initiatives to raise awareness of responsible gaming practices.

  • Preparing reports and providing recommendations to senior management and regulatory bodies on responsible gaming issues.
