This exciting job opportunity as a Responsible Gambling Associate is a key role within the Operations team and reports directly to the Director of Customer Due Diligence. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for reviewing and assessing customer accounts, managing responsible gambling cases, and completing inbound and outbound customer contacts related to responsible gambling. You will also be required to identify and act on concerning activity or behaviour by completing responsible gambling risk assessments in line with policy and procedure.
With your excellent online customer service skills and attention to detail, you will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of responsible gambling processes, procedures and systems. You should have good investigation skills and the ability to review and interpret data and activity to make sound decisions. The role requires someone who can adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. While previous experience in a customer verification, KYC, or due diligence-related role would be an advantage, it is not essential.
