**Your Contribution:**
As a Responsible Gaming Analyst, you will be pivotal in the Dutch Lottery's goal of being a leader in responsible gaming. Your role involves monitoring players for signs of risky behavior, analyzing player conversations, and advising customer service on effective communication. You will also develop and implement policies to prevent problematic gaming and continuously improve our methods for combating risky behavior. Your efforts directly support a happy, healthy, and sporty Netherlands.

**Your Profile:**
We seek candidates with an HBO working and thinking level, preferably with training in public administration, psychology, law, or related fields, and several years of relevant experience. You should enjoy policy development, data analysis, and have a genuine interest in helping people. Strong communication skills, prioritization abilities, and goal-oriented work are essential.
**What We Offer:**
- A salary between €3,400 and €5,200 gross per month
- A 32-40 hour work week with an annual contract and potential for permanent employment
