IGT is seeking a Professional Services Consultant who can develop and deliver detailed technology solutions through consulting project activities. The responsibilities of this role include identifying clients, providing professional services consulting around casino business operations, problem identification, system architecture definition, hardware/software specification and/or design, implementation, testing, client training, and solution deployment. The position is remote, but candidates must currently reside in Las Vegas, Reno, or Gulfport, MS (or surrounding areas) to be considered.

To qualify for this position, candidates should have two (2) to five (5) years of related experience and education, a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Technical responsibilities include knowledge of casino operational business practices, software configuration & implementation, testing, training, and support. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent technical aptitude, professional presentation skills, and superior customer service skills required. The position may require traveling up to 80% of the time and involves standing for a full shift. A background check, gaming licensing approvals, and credit checks are required.

The estimated starting compensation range for this position is $50,000-$101,000, and the actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower, depending on various factors.
