This is a fixed-term contract position until March 2025, covering a maternity leave. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our gaming clients. - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with gaming clients, acting as their primary point of contact. Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth and develop strategies to increase revenue. Collaborate with internal teams to leverage product offerings and services, ensuring clients are aware of new developments and maximizing their investment.
- Contract Management: Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments. Ensure all contractual obligations are met, and timelines are adhered to. Coordinate with legal and finance departments to ensure seamless execution of contracts.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to support business development efforts. Provide sales support by delivering product demonstrations, attending client meetings, and preparing proposals and presentations.
- Issue Resolution: Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to resolve any issues or concerns. Proactively address client inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and provide timely solutions.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential areas for growth and inform strategic decision-making.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on account performance, revenue forecasts, and client feedback. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal teams, including product development, marketing, finance, and legal, to ensure seamless execution of client initiatives and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of account management experience in the gaming industry or a related field. Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving account growth.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the gaming industry, including knowledge of gaming products, services, and market trends. Familiarity with gaming regulations and compliance is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively, and build strong rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data, identify patterns and trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
