WiLL Mentoring Programme Kick-off Webinar

The European Lotteries (EL) is launching the Women’s Initiative in Lottery Leadership (WiLL) Mentoring Programme with a kick-off webinar to introduce the 2025–2026 edition. 

The programme, open to EL members, aims to support female leaders in the lottery sector, connecting mentors and mentees, developing leadership skills, and fostering networking across Europe.

In the webinar, participants will hear from senior leaders and mentors about the programme structure, goals, and past successes, and learn how to apply to become a mentor or mentee.
