WiLL Mentoring Programme (kick-off)

The WiLL Mentoring Programme Kick-off Webinar will take place online on 13 October 2026, launching the 2026–2027 class of The European Lotteries’ mentoring programme.

The webinar will explore how WiLL – EL’s Mentoring Programme supports female leaders in the lottery sector in developing their professional, leadership and coaching skills.

The session is open to mentors and mentees, as well as anyone interested in female leadership, empowerment and future opportunities, whether already involved in the programme or simply interested in learning more.

Participants will hear how the programme supports professional development, networking and mutual support across the EL community.

The programme will include a welcome and introduction from moderator Suzanne Mau-Asam, EL coach and Founder of the Female Hub, followed by a discussion with Romana Girandon, EL President. A panel discussion will explore the benefits of mentorship, featuring Julie De Jonckere of Loterie Nationale Loterij, Nikolina Gabelica of EveryMatrix and Aneta Bec of Loterija Slovenija.

The webinar will also include a presentation of the WiLL Programme and a session titled “Lead from Where You Come From: Understanding and Owning Your Style” by Adriaan ter Horst, Head of Procurement at Essent.
