Global Reporting Index and Loteries de Catalunya

Loteries de Catalunya just published their first annual report aligned with the GRI standards. That's many first in just a few years. Indeed, they were the first lottery to achieve the 2021 EL Responsible Gaming certification last year. Sustainability is a long journey and it is important to celebrate them with milestones. At the same time, a report or certification mark a time of reflection. How did we do? How can we do better? What do our stakeholders think we could do better and how?
