Corporate Social Responsibility

Helping you with the implementation of an effective CSR strategy that makes sense to the development of a sustainable business.

A materiality matrix enables a company to decide what corporate social responsibility initiatives to prioritise and invest. It is about identifying the most significant issues that matter most to both your business and your stakeholders. This is achieved by plotting the economic, social and environmental issues that are of most concern to our stakeholders and the business.

The matrix plots CSR issues in two dimensions: the importance or attractiveness of the issue to stakeholders and the importance of the issue to the company in terms of the likely influence of the initiative(s) on business success.
